The Off Broadway Boutique has boasted a loyal client following for over forty years, with patrons ranging from celebrities to the proverbial mother- of-the-bride. The key to such success is in part is do to Cohen's infectious attitude and fetish for pieces women of all shapes and sizes can wear.
